Would you like to be part of a fun group of individuals who love to bake, share, to decorate and all things cake? Come and join us!! We'll meet once a month and share cake related stuff! Learn something new; make a cake for someone special? Learning and sharing are the twin goals of any good cake club and we want to do both!
We'll be a bit busy with weddign season right now, but we are going to hold our first meeting in September. Check back here for the first meeting date and time!
We are SO excited to announce we will be meeting at Nicki's Bella Marina! They have graciously allowed us to use their meeting room and we can't wait to make use of it!
Some things to think about 'cause we'll have to decide:
What will our name be?
What will our focus be?
Who do we want to help and how?
Do we want to have a cake show?
Do we want to help or work with a specific charity?
(We'd like to consider Free Cakes for Kids but we're open to ideas!)
How often do we want to meet?
What day and time each month should we meet?
What should our dues be and will they be for?
Where will we meet?
Do we want to have elected officials?
These things and more we'll have to figure out, together! That's the best part about a cake club. It's not about how good you are, where you live or what you do each day. It's just about sharing, learning and of course cake.
