CANDY & DESSERT BAR!
At Always & Forever Custom Cakes our goal is to offer our customers a unique experience for every celebration, be it a birthday, a wedding, or a fun family event. So we’re happy to announce after some careful planning and lots of research, we will now be offering something unique to the Northwest: your very own Custom Candy and Dessert Bar!
A buffet table filled with color coordinated candies, cookies and cake pops, or just a fun filled sweets feast to celebrate, the choice is up to you! AFCCakes will now be baking and making some very special cookies, cakes and other candy creations to serve to your guests. From rock crystal candy to pink macaroons, pulled sugar lollipops to yummy chocolate brownies, we’ll be making them all, just for you!
Some things to keep mind about a dessert/candy bar:
- It can be offered as your favor table and allow guests to pick their favorites
- It can be offered as an accent to your dessert and combined with your cake or other offerings
- It can be offered instead of cake! (OK, we know, it’s not our first choice, but hey, some do!)
- It can be all candy or all desserts, or a mix of both, which is what we recommend!
- It can make for a great conversation piece and lots of fun for your guests! Have the birthday party everyone will be talking about for months!
A for one of the biggest candy days of all, instead of going door to door, let us set up the perfect party addition and have the best Haunted Halloween Candy Bar ever!! Everyone will be at your house for trick or treats!
Each buffet can be custom designed to suit your event down the smallest detail including the ribbon, the labels, the tablecloth, and even the background. Where possible even the candies are ‘color coded’ to your theme.* (*As much as humanely possible!! Colors are based on what is available on the market and what we can make for you!)
Basic Bar ($5.50 per person, minimum quantity 20 servings):
· 4 to 6 candy/dessert types
· custom table design
· cello bags with ties
· all serving platters, glass wear and serving utensils (for duration of event)
· coordinating tablecloth
Elegant Event Bar ($7.50 per person, minimum quantity 20 servings):
- 7 to 9 candy/dessert types
- custom table design
- cello bags with ties or mini Chinese food take out boxes
- coordinating ribbon accents
- personalized labels
· coordinating linen, color accents
- all serving platters, glass wear and serving utensils (for duration of event)
Over the top! bar ($9.50 per person, minimum quantity 20 servings):
- 10 to 14 candy/dessert types
- custom table design
- cello bags with ties, or small favor boxes
- have some bags/boxes pre-packed for easy distribution
- coordinating ribbon accents
- personalized labels
- flowers or other appropriate decorative accents
- coordinating linen and accents
- all serving platters, glass wear and serving utensils (for duration of event)
Please note events must be scheduled at least one month in advance to allow for sufficient time to order candy. A 50% deposit is due to secure your event date.
